This is a private residence, and we ask that you treat the property with care and respect at all times. You will be staying in someone’s home, so please behave responsibly and help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

Check-in is available any time after 3:00 pm. Checkout must be completed by 10:00 am on your departure day. Guests are required to use the smart lock system for self check-in and check-out. Instructions for using the smart lock will be provided prior to your arrival.

The property accommodates a maximum of two guests. No additional overnight visitors are permitted without prior approval. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 12:00 am and 7:00 am to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors and other residents in the area.

Pets are welcome; however, they must be kept on a lead at all times when in common areas. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any messes their pets may create. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. This includes all indoor and outdoor areas.

​

Parties, events, or any other disruptive gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances. This is to preserve the quiet enjoyment of the space for all residents and neighbors.

By staying at this property, you agree to follow all house rules and to be liable for any damages or violations incurred during your stay. Failure to comply with these terms may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

Safety & Property

We encourage all guests to review the safety features of the home before and during their stay to avoid any surprises. Please note that while a smoke alarm is installed in the property for your protection, there is no carbon monoxide alarm on-site. Guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety and are encouraged to follow general precautions during their visit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please review the following cancellation policy carefully to ensure you’re comfortable with the terms.

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your reservation before 3:00 pm on 20 July. In this case, you will get back 100% of the amount you paid.

If you cancel before 3:00 pm on 12 August, you will receive a partial refund. This includes 50% of the nightly rate for all nights booked, but the service fee will not be refunded.

If you cancel after 3:00 pm on 12 August, the reservation becomes non-refundable and no refund will be issued.

In rare situations, you may qualify for a refund outside of this policy under Airbnb’s Major Disruptive Events Policy. We recommend reviewing that policy for further information.
